We offer one-on-one consultation, as well as group strength training, gymnasium-based circuit classes for over 50's, and falls prevention classes for the elderly.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture originated around 3000 years ago and is used today to treat pain, reactions to stress or hormonal changes, digestive or circulatory problems, fatigue or insomnia, and more. Fine single-use needles are inserted to invigorate and re-balance a person's normal healing response. Treatment is gentle, and often very relaxing. Acupoints may also be stimulated by acupressure.

Myotherapy
Remedial & Relaxation Massage
Myotherapy is an advanced form of remedial massage which can include the technique of dry needling as an adjunct in the loosening of tight or knotty muscles.
Remedial, sport, or relaxation massage is also available. Remedial is equivalent to deep tissue massage and is suitable for relieving chronic pain, muscle soreness, and improving movement. Sports massage helps both pre and post-event muscle performance. Relaxation massage helps reduce stress and muscle tension.

Pilates
Pilates is a program of specific exercises based on the work of Josef Pilates designed to strengthen and enhance the core muscles of the spine, pelvis and shoulder girdles. This improves posture, re-educates weak and faulty muscles to give a healthy spine for enhanced body movement and pain relief. It can be done in a group (floor) or individual equipment based forms.
